- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Cilantro - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Avocado - 1, diced
- Tomatoes - 2, diced
- Cabbage - 1 head, leaves separated
- Taco seasoning - 1 packet
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain the fat and stir in the taco seasoning.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the cabbage leaves, tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.
- To assemble the tacos, place a spoonful of the cooked beef onto a cabbage leaf. Top with the diced tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro. Drizzle with the lime dressing.
