  2. Add the beef to the pot and cook until browned.
  3. Add the garlic and jalapeno to the pot and cook for another minute.
  4. In a blender, combine the tomatillos, half of the cilantro, and a cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  5. Add the tomatillo mixture to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the meat and juice over the cooked beans. Garnish with the radishes, onion, remaining cilantro, and lime wedges.
