Tonkatsu
Tonkatsu is a popular Japanese dish that consists of a breaded, deep-fried pork cutlet served with a tangy sauce.

- Tonkatsu sauce - For serving
- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Panko breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2, beaten

- Pork loin cutlets - 4, about 1/2 inch thick
