  1. Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Dredge the pork chops in flour, shaking off any excess.
  3. Dip the pork chops into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
  4. Coat the pork chops with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  7. Transfer the tonkatsu to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  8. Slice the tonkatsu into thick slices.
  9. Serve the tonkatsu with shredded cabbage and tonkatsu sauce.
