- Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup, grated
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, grated
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Green onions - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Basil - 1/2 cup, chopped

- Tomatoes - 4 large, sliced
