Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Drain the pasta, reserving a cup of the pasta water.
  5. Add the pasta to the pan with the garlic and toss to coat.
  6. Add the grated Toma cheese to the pan, stirring until it melts and creates a creamy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with the chopped parsley.
