Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water and then cut into cubes.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until they are tender.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Pour this sauce over the vegetables in the pan.
  7. Return the tofu to the pan and stir to combine with the vegetables and sauce.
  8. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce has thickened.
  9. Serve the tofu stir-fry hot with rice or noodles.
