Tod Man Pla

- Sweet chili sauce - For serving
- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Kaffir lime leaves - 3, finely chopped
- Long beans - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Egg - 1
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Red curry paste - 2 tablespoons
- White fish fillets - 500 grams
Let's Get Started
- Place the fish, curry paste, fish sauce, and egg in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the long beans and kaffir lime leaves.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the fish cakes in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve the fish cakes with sweet chili sauce.
