  1. Wrap each prawn in the soaked vermicelli noodles, leaving the tail exposed.
  2. Dip each wrapped prawn in the beaten egg.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry the prawns in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve the prawns hot with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
