Three Cheese Pasta
This creamy and cheesy pasta dish is made with three different types of cheese for maximum flavor.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Milk - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Pasta - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the milk to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Gradually whisk in the cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season the cheese sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it evenly with the cheese sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the pasta is heated through.
- Serve the three-cheese pasta hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
