Thai Chicken Satay
Thai chicken satay is a delicious and flavorful grilled chicken dish served with a peanut sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Peanuts - 1/4 cup, crushed
- Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Peanut butter - 1/4 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Curry powder - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Chicken breast - 1 lb, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, curry powder, and minced garlic.
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken strips onto skewers.
- Grill the chicken skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
