Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the soy sauce and garlic and stir to combine.
  3. Add the tofu, cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, soak the glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and add to the pot.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes, or until the noodles are soft.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the soup hot, garnished with the green onions and cilantro.
