Thai Basil Stir Fry with Vegetables

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt - To taste
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Thai basil leaves - 1 cup, loosely packed
- Snow peas - 1 cup
- Broccoli florets - 2 cups
- Carrots - 2, julienned
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add red bell pepper, carrots, broccoli florets, and snow peas to the pan. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
