Teriyaki Tofu Wraps

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a shallow dish, marinate the tofu strips in teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the marinated tofu. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the tofu is golden brown and heated through.
  3. Warm the whole wheat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  4. Place a lettuce leaf on each tortilla and top with the cooked tofu strips.
  5. Add the sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, cucumber slices, and chopped spring onions.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Drizzle additional teriyaki sauce over the fillings.
  8. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the fillings and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  9. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve.
