Teriyaki Salmon Rice Paper Wraps
These delicious and healthy teriyaki salmon rice paper wraps are packed with flavor and make for a satisfying meal or appetizer.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Cucumber - 1, julienned
- Carrots - 1, julienned
- Rice paper wrappers - 8
- Teriyaki sauce - 1/4 cup
- Salmon fillets - 4
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the teriyaki sauce over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Fill a large bowl with warm water.
- Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for a few seconds until it becomes pliable.
- Place the rice paper wrapper on a clean surface.
- Add a few slices of salmon, julienned carrots, julienned cucumber, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro to the center of the rice paper wrapper.
- Squeeze lime juice over the filling.
- Fold the sides of the rice paper wrapper towards the center, then roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining rice paper wrappers and filling ingredients.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the rice paper wraps.
- Serve the teriyaki salmon rice paper wraps with additional teriyaki sauce for dipping.
