Teriyaki Salmon Rice Paper Wraps

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the teriyaki sauce over the salmon fillets.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  6. Fill a large bowl with warm water.
  7. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for a few seconds until it becomes pliable.
  8. Place the rice paper wrapper on a clean surface.
  9. Add a few slices of salmon, julienned carrots, julienned cucumber, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro to the center of the rice paper wrapper.
  10. Squeeze lime juice over the filling.
  11. Fold the sides of the rice paper wrapper towards the center, then roll it up tightly.
  12. Repeat with the remaining rice paper wrappers and filling ingredients.
  13. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the rice paper wraps.
  14. Serve the teriyaki salmon rice paper wraps with additional teriyaki sauce for dipping.
