Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the tequila, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, minced jalapeno, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk until the salt is dissolved.
  3. Place your choice of meat in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it.
  4. Seal the bag and make sure all the meat is coated in the marinade.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours.
  6. Remove the meat from the marinade and cook as desired. Discard the used marinade.
