Tempeh Vegan Club Sandwich

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Vegan mayo - To taste
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Bread - 8 slices
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Tempeh - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Slice the tempeh into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, maple syrup, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Add the tempeh strips and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
