Let's Get Started

  1. Slice the tempeh into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, maple syrup, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Add the tempeh strips and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tempeh strips and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes.
  4. Toast the bread slices.
  5. Spread vegan mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
