Smokey Tempeh Sliders

Let's Get Started

  1. Cut the tempeh into thin slices and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the tempeh slices to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, liquid smoke, maple syrup, and garlic powder.
  5. Pour the sauce over the tempeh and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  6. Spread vegan mayo on the bottom of each slider bun. Top with a slice of tempeh, a lettuce leaf, and a slice of tomato.
  7. Place the top bun on each slider and serve.
