Smokey Tempeh Wrap

Let's Get Started

  1. Slice the tempeh into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, liquid smoke, and maple syrup.
  3. Add the tempeh strips to the bowl and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the marinated tempeh to the pan and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes.
  6. Spread a tablespoon of vegan mayo on each wrap.
  7. Place a lettuce leaf, a few slices of tomato, and a few slices of avocado on each wrap.
  8. Add the cooked tempeh to the wraps.
  9. Roll up the wraps and serve.
