Tempeh Sloppy Joes
A vegan twist on a classic comfort food, these tempeh sloppy joes are packed with flavor and protein.

- Buns - 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce - 1 cup
- Tempeh - 8 ounces, crumbled
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the crumbled tempeh and cook until it is browned, about 5 minutes.
