Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano. Add the tempeh slices and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated tempeh and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  3. Warm the pita bread in the oven or on the stovetop.
  4. Spread each pita with tzatziki sauce. Top with the cooked tempeh, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and lettuce.
  5. Fold the pita over the fillings and serve.
