Tenderloin Tandoori Chicken Wraps
These wraps are filled with tender tandoori chicken, fresh veggies, and a tangy yogurt sauce, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
- Tomato - 1 large, diced
- Lettuce - 2 cups, shredded
- Tortillas - 4 large
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Tandoori spice mix - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken tenderloins - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, tandoori spice mix, half of the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken until it is no longer pink in the middle, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the wraps. Spread the remaining yogurt on the tortillas.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and onion.
- When the chicken is done, slice it into thin strips and add it to the wraps.
- Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides as you go. Cut in half and serve.
