Tenderloin Tandoori Chicken Wraps

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken, tandoori spice mix, half of the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken until it is no longer pink in the middle, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the wraps. Spread the remaining yogurt on the tortillas.
  4. Top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and onion.
  5. When the chicken is done, slice it into thin strips and add it to the wraps.
  6. Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides as you go. Cut in half and serve.
