Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and lemon juice to make a marinade.
  2. Add the fish fillets to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour and cornstarch.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
  5. Coat the marinated fish fillets with the flour-cornstarch mixture.
  6. Fry the fish fillets in hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot as an appetizer or with steamed rice as a main course.
