Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Saute until they turn golden brown.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and saute for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and slit green chillies to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add the cubed paneer to the pan and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is well coated with the masala.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
