Ingredients - Serves 4
- Red onion - 4 slices
- Tomato - 4 slices
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Burger buns - 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Tandoori masala spice blend - 2 tablespoons
- Greek yogurt - 1/4 cup
- Plain breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup
- Ground turkey - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Greek yogurt, tandoori masala spice blend, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
