Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Greek yogurt, tandoori masala spice blend, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the turkey burgers for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely charred.
  4. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly toasted.
  5. Assemble the burgers by placing a turkey patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion slices. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  6. Serve the tandoori turkey burgers hot and enjoy!
