Ingredients - Serves 4
- Avocado - 1, diced
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Jalapeno - 1, seeds removed and finely chopped
- Cilantro - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1, thinly sliced
- Orange juice - 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice - 1/2 cup
- Lime juice - 1 cup
- Octopus - 1 pound, cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces

- In a large pot, boil the octopus until it is tender, about 45-60 minutes. Let it cool and then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the lime juice, lemon juice, and orange juice.
- Add the octopus, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and tomato to the bowl. Stir well to combine.
