Jamaican Jerk Chicken Skewers

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Wooden skewers - 8, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- Red onion - 1, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Bell peppers - 2, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - Juice of 1 lime
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Jerk seasoning - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken breasts - 2, cut into 1-inch pieces
