  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the tandoori spice mix, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and ginger.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the turkey breast.
  4. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the turkey breast to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until lightly browned.
  6. Flip the turkey breast and add the lemon juice to the skillet.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
