  1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the marinade and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Thread the marinated mushrooms onto skewers or place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the mushrooms with oil and bake them in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are cooked and slightly charred.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
