- Lime wedges - For serving
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Tandoori masala - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Chicken thighs - 4

- In a bowl, combine yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, tandoori masala, paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to make the marinade.
