Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into thin strips.
  5. Warm the naan bread on the grill or in a toaster oven.
