Indian Chicken Tandoori Naan Wrap
This delicious Indian-inspired wrap features marinated tandoori chicken wrapped in warm naan bread with a flavorful yogurt sauce and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Yogurt sauce - 1/2 cup
- Mint leaves - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Tomato - 1, thinly sliced
- Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
- Naan bread - 2 pieces
- Salt - To taste
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Tandoori masala - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Chicken breast - 2, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, tandoori masala, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt to make the marinade.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
