- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dashi stock - 1 cup
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Nori sheets - 2, cut into small pieces
- Bonito flakes - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Cabbage - 1 cup, shredded
- Takoyaki balls - 8 pieces
- Udon noodles - 200g

- Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the takoyaki balls and cook until they are heated through and slightly crispy.
- Add the cabbage and green onions to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they are slightly wilted.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, mirin, and dashi stock.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the pan and stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan and toss to coat them in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are heated through.
- Serve the Takoyaki Udon in bowls, topped with bonito flakes and nori sheets.
