Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, crumbled tofu, chopped kimchi, green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and press to seal.
  3. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the dumplings and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Serve the mandu hot with soy sauce for dipping.
