  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  8. Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the dish and serve.
