  1. In a large pan, cook the ground pork over medium heat until no longer pink.
  2. Add the cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms to the pan and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pork and vegetable mixture onto each spring roll wrapper. Fold the sides over the filling, then roll up the wrapper tightly.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F.
  6. Fry the spring rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
