Tacos de Pescado
These tacos de pescado are made with fresh fish, crunchy cabbage, and a creamy sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Taco shells - 8
- Cabbage - 1/2 head, shredded
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Tomatoes - 2, diced
- Onion - 1/2, diced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Fish fillets - 4, cut into strips
