Grilled Shrimp Tacos
These grilled shrimp tacos are a perfect treat for outdoor gatherings. They are packed with flavors and are incredibly easy to make.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Red cabbage - 1/2, shredded
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Tortillas - 8 small
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Taco seasoning - 1 packet
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
Let's Get Started
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, taco seasoning, and lime juice. Toss until shrimp are well coated.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
- Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
