Let's Get Started

  1. Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat until they are soft and pliable.
  2. Spread a spoonful of refried beans on each tortilla.
  3. Top the beans with a spoonful of cooked chorizo and diced potatoes.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half to form a taco.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
  6. Place the filled tacos in a basket or container lined with a clean cloth towel.
  7. Drizzle the green and red salsa over the tacos.
  8. Sprinkle the crumbled queso fresco, chopped cilantro, and chopped onion over the tacos.
  9. Cover the tacos with the cloth towel to keep them warm until ready to serve.
