Tacos
These delicious tacos are filled with seasoned ground beef, fresh vegetables, and topped with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Guacamole - 1/2 cup
- Salsa - 1/2 cup
- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Onion - 1, diced
- Tomatoes - 2, diced
- Lettuce - 1 cup, shredded
- Tortillas - 8
- Taco seasoning - 1 packet
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and water according to the packet instructions. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a spoonful of the seasoned ground beef onto each tortilla.
