Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the fajita seasoning. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until done to your liking.
  3. While the burgers are cooking, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the bell peppers and onion and cook until softened.
  4. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each burger during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  5. To assemble the burgers, spread sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the bottom bun. Add the burger, then top with the cooked peppers and onions. Finish with the top bun.
