Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the refried beans in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until they are soft and pliable.
  3. Spread a quarter of the beans down the center of each tortilla.
  4. Top the beans with a quarter of the rice, cheese, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, and tomatoes.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly, tucking in the ends as you go.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
  7. Serve the burritos warm, with extra salsa and sour cream on the side.
