Tex Mex Burger
A juicy burger with a Tex-Mex twist, topped with spicy salsa and creamy guacamole.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Guacamole - 1/2 cup
- Salsa - 1/2 cup
- Burger buns - 4
- Cheddar cheese - 4 slices
- Taco seasoning - 1 packet
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef and taco seasoning. Form into 4 patties.
- Grill the patties for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and grill for another minute, or until the cheese is melted.
- Place the patties on the burger buns. Top with salsa, guacamole, lettuce, and tomato.
- Serve the Tex-Mex burgers immediately.
