- Salsa - To taste
- Sour cream - To taste
- Green onions - 4, chopped
- Tomatoes - 2, diced
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Taco seasoning - 1 packet
- Ground beef - 1 lb
- Hashbrowns - 4 cups, frozen
Let's Get Started
- Cook the hashbrowns according to the package instructions until they are crispy and golden brown.
- While the hashbrowns are cooking, brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain the fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet with the beef. Stir well to combine and cook for a few more minutes until the water has evaporated.
