Cheese Quesadilla

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each tortilla.
  3. Place one tortilla, butter side down, in the skillet.
  4. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla.
  5. Place another tortilla on top, butter side up.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
  7. Flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute.
  9. Cut the quesadilla into wedges and serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
