T Bone Steak with Grilled Vegetables and Baked Sweet Potato

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat and the oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the T-bone steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Drizzle the mixed vegetables with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, or until tender.
  5. While the sweet potatoes are baking, grill the T-bone steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  6. Grill the vegetables until they are charred and tender, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and cut a slit in the top of each one. Add a tablespoon of butter and a sprinkle of brown sugar to each sweet potato.
  8. Serve the T-bone steaks with the grilled vegetables and baked sweet potatoes on the side.
