Let's Get Started

  1. Slice the Medianoche bread rolls in half.
  2. Spread mustard on the inside of each half.
  3. Layer the roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles on the bottom half of each roll.
  4. Place the top half of the roll on top of the sandwich fillings.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
  6. Place the sandwiches in the pan and press down with a spatula or sandwich press.
  7. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
