Chicken Cordon Bleu

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2, beaten
- Flour - 1/2 cup
- Swiss cheese - 4 slices
- Ham - 4 slices
- Chicken breasts - 4, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish with butter.
- Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast, then roll them up and secure with toothpicks.
- Season the flour with salt and pepper, then dip each chicken roll in the flour, followed by the beaten egg, and finally the breadcrumbs.
- Place the chicken rolls in the prepared baking dish and dot with the butter.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden.
