Szechuan Tempeh with Peanuts

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Szechuan sauce - 1/2 cup
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Peanuts - 1/2 cup, roasted
- Tempeh - 8 ounces, cubed
Let's Get Started
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the tempeh and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
