Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic, red bell pepper, and carrot to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
