Ingredients - Serves 4
- Grilled chicken breast - 2, sliced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Carrot - 1, julienned
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Egg noodles - 400 grams
Let's Get Started
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic, red bell pepper, and carrot to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cooked noodles, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the pan. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated in the sauce.
- Add the sliced grilled chicken breast to the pan and toss again to combine.
- Serve the Nob Hill Noodles hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
